1st room smelled like animal (cat or dog), pull out couch is old and not in good condition- the top part where you would put your head was angled. Tv didn't work. The front desk staff was great - efficient check in and helped move to a new room. 2nd room pull out couch still slanted and uncomfortable.

It seems hotels have different standards for Expedia reduced price rooms. The shower had a lot of leftover hair before I got in, the refrigerator didn't cool at all. There was only a table & chairs. No soft seating. We didn't try breakfast as we had other plans.

The room was okay, not great, but okay. I didn't feel that the staff was too inviting...at first it seemed like they were just there doing a job, and it took a while to warm up. The breakfast was less than average...no hot chocolate, potatoes were not hot. The motel itself doesn't seem to be in a very good area, not well lit, there were lights in the parking lot that were not functional and it just felt quite dark overall.

I was satisfied with overall service the Comfort Inn provides but housekeeping interval is a little bit longer than I expected (three days no housekeeping or cleaning). Should improve the situation if possible.

I had a horrible experience at the hotel. The bed was covered in blood with no mattress cover found, the bed and towels after two days Im broke out in a painful rash. And there’s no toilet seat cover so I couldn’t put anything personal in the bathroom cause every time you flush it explodes with pee and poop particles. Staff was great. Just a room that was poorly cleaned and maintained. Thanks for your time, Heather Roth
