I have stayed in Fort Collins many times at bargain hotels, boutique hotels and Airbnbs, and this was one of the best properties in the bunch based on price, location and amenities. The staff was on point, the breakfast was reliably good and all the things I wanted to go do in Old Town Fort Collins and points beyond were mere minutes away. I can totally see myself staying here again.

The room was very clean and everything in the room was in good order. The hotel has all the amenities that a traveler would want, including jacuzzi, pool and nice lobby. The kitchen was set up and ready to go early and the food was appealing. Parking was easy and plentiful. Will stay with them again.

We have stayed here a couple times. For the price it is a good value. It is an older property and we didnt see an elevator to the 2nd floor, which is kind of a pain. The gal at the front desk was really nice and got us taken care of efficiently.
