When we pulled in the Manager started taking pictures of us, saying he works with the Larimer County Drug task force, and gives them pictures of their guest to make sure guests are, "safe".

We were in town for a funeral. We were able to check in early which was so appreciated! However-- saw a cockroach in the kitchen area the next morning and then again on the second level staircase... not sure if it was cockroach or beetle...but did NOT stick around to find out!

You will realize why this place is so affordable when you get there. The place is practically falling apart. The ceiling was leaking water in the hallways and there was cracks and dirt all over the walls. The toilet seat was falling off our toilet. They show you the room before you sign for your keys because they know it too.

This hotel had nothing special, but good people and good location to several nearby restaurants (Hacienda Real was good for us). The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was essentially waffle maker or cereal. If you want nicer amenities, a bigger breakfast, or more to do in a hotel this is not the place for you. If you are simply looking for a more affordable hotel to sleep in this is a good spot. For my travel purposes, I would have no issue staying there again in the future.

The place was better than I expected. My room was clean and the air-conditioning worked like a charm. There were no amenities and the breakfast was better than nothing but for the cost of the room, I was ok. The staff was fine. My only complaint would be the price hike that was done due to the attractions that were in town during my stay but this is a standard practice among hotels.

Stole fifty dollar "held" deposit. Cancelled a two week booking knowing I had to go to the bank and didn't say anything until after five Then kept the fifty dollar security deposit on top of this. The hotel advertisement showed a pool which they do not have a view of the mountain which is a view of Denny's parking lot, and a elevator which was broke and I was on the third floor. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent. Needs better management with booking and reservation

The rooms are dirty A/C are broken and worn down the walls and floors are stained the wallpaper they used is peeling off, plumbing in the bathroom do not work and some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, please save you money and do not stay here it is not worth your hard earn money!!!

Check-in process is too slow. It took 40 minutes for the lady on reception to check-in. I felt that she did not like my face and behaved weird with me. She kept me waiting and helped other customer came after me.
