It was pretty complicated check-in, they started to use kiosk system, it was very slow. Finally, the key did not work, and we had to wait for the man who helped us with the key. The room was clean and comfortable for this price.

I’m not sure how this hotel has scored so high on hotels.com. It is a typical Motel 6/Super 8 quality with just basic amenities. It’s not bad, but certainly not 8/10 stars. POSITIVES - clean bed, sheets - clean towels - Inside fixtures are recently remodeled - quick walk to the ocean and harbor. - parking is plentiful & clean - Cleaning staff was very nice. NEGATIVES - included breakfast (continental) is a joke - flooring is in very poor shape & creeky - very small and low toilets - nearly every window shade has a hole in it. - Decent amount of roadway noise Again, the spot is fine, but has some solid areas needing improvement. For a low price, it does the job.
