This hotel should be condemned. My room was crawling with bed bugs — I woke up covered in bites. Management shrugged it off like it was nothing, offering no apology, no refund, not even a change of room. The sheets were stained, the furniture smelled, and the overall filth was staggering. To charge guests to sleep in an insect-infested room is beyond unacceptable — it’s negligent and dangerous. If your health and sanity matter to you, avoid this place like the plague.

Convenient location...that's about it. Needs some serious upgrades (at keast the wing we stayed in). It seemed like the main building had new floors already. We've stayed in one with old/dirty carpet. Bedding was good though.

The rooms are pretty big, the beds are comfy, lots of parking and I let the hotel know that we would be arriving late, she said no problem the office will be closed, but she notified the night person to expect us late. Check in was easy.

The property was ok for a motel. On check we asked for a room away from children and the woman who was there around 2 pm said we were early and no rooms available. When we came back 2 hrs later we again asked not to be put next to children and was told we don’t know who is next to you. We checked in our room which had a microwave, small fridge, but no freezer. No iron. The tub did not drain and we had to call the front desk luckily the guy came but had to return and took a big ball of hair out of the drain. If housekeeping had cleaned the tub they would have seen that it did not drain. The kids next door ran constantly until late at night and started early in the am. If you want peace and quiet this is not it. Thin walls horrible experience did not even want to eat breakfast there. Could not wait to leave.

The hot morning breakfast was not gourmet but definitely adequate and above what other hotels in the area offer. Biscuits, gravy, potatoes, makd your own waffles, cereals and toast. Pool and hot tub area was clean and not crowded. Staff were all friendly with every interaction.

Really impressed- besides one lady who is kinda short in her welcome - not very friendly or talkative - but besides her - the other lady is super nice - and no cooking :( indoor pool and spa/jacuzi area is really neat - my 7 year old loves it! Bed is really cushiony -you sit down you and everything near you sinks in - head area seems like it slants Downwards which is strange but vegetables nice - place

Its a good location close to the harbor and walking cliff side trails on ocean. Pet friendly. Note that pets are an additional 20 dollars. Good breakfast included.
