The bathroom had not been cleaned. Previous occupant left hair in the shower stall and near the wastebasket. I had asked the manager to have that corrected while I was out of the room but I returned to the uncorrected bathroom. That made the entire stay uneasy.

I stay here often, for when I work a long day at the museum and don't feel safe making the long drive home afterwards. It is conveniently located by an interstate highway (I-94) and a major Wisconsin highway (26). A number of restaurants and stores are nearby. The hotel is on top of a hill and gets little noise from the highway traffic. It seems to be well run, and have few complaints.

Advertised continental breakfast consisted of 3 bagels and 2 pieces of toast. There was no juices. The pancake maker only worked occasionally. There was not enough food for the people that came for breakfast. They advertised that they would clean your room everyday unless otherwise requested. When i asked i was told that they don't do that. This was advertised every room. We stayed for 3 nights for 2 people and initially only had 2 towels. We routinely had to ask for fresh towels. Probably will not stay there again.

I was at this hotel for 4 nights. On the first night there, a thunderstorm knocked out the tv’s in the hotel. There was no television my entire stay. I understand things happen, but management said nothing, no notice when the issue would be resolved, nothing. I had to hear from another guest that the TV’s were knocked out and had no idea when it would be resolved.
