The space
Inside, this spacious two-level beach house offers multiple living areas perfect for curling up with a book, enjoying a puzzle, or kicking back with a movie—all in the comfort of central air conditioning. Need to check in with work? The dedicated upstairs office features a custom video wall background designed to impress.

The kitchen is fully equipped for hosting and includes both a manual espresso machine and a pod machine for your caffeine fix. Just off the office space is what we call the Coastal Speakeasy—your private bar zone (BYO your favourite tipple!) complete with vintage music vibes and all the glassware you’ll need for a cocktail or two.

Where you'll sleep:
• The main bedroom upstairs feels like a tropical retreat and includes an ensuite.
• Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a luxe main bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and deep soaking tub—perfect after a day at the beach.

Outdoors: Relax on the deck or patio overlooking the heated pool, with an outdoor dining setting and a 4-burner BBQ ready for long lunches or twilight dinners.
