She advised us she woukd report it to the manager, who was away until the follieing morning.
She couldnt do anything in tegard to compensation. We couldnt wait in the morning, but when I phoned, she then said he'd be back by 3 that afternoon, but had our details.
No phone call, email text or anything.
Very disappointing when you pay for something and it doesn't work.
