Hotel was new and nice! Felt like a safe location and check-in was easy. My only issue is that the eggs were empty for over 1/2 an hour. I know there was a tour group there watching the breakfast area like vultures, but I thought more eggs should have been put out. The value was very good for the price. Excellent TV streaming options.

I honestly don’t usually leave reviews but after waiting for over an hour to check in and repeatedly given rooms that we’re already occupied I thought I would share. Once we were finally placed in the room we left our belongings and left to eat. Upon return our keys didn’t work. Come to find out they checked someone in our room while we were gone. Room wasn’t clean, shower had hair and leftovers from the previous guest, carpet wasn’t vacuumed etc. A very nice hotel but lack of cleaning and organization shows!

I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok. They said oh the room is clean we just didn't finish putting the pillow cases and duvet cover on. So they did that then quickly looked in the bathroom and said that's clean. I went to give my daughter a bath that night and there were 4 long dark hairs in the bath tub and a dirty wash cloth with hair on it on the shelf. I could also see stains in the toliet which we hadn't used yet.
