Let’s “pretend” we start with 10 stars. Let’s add up: -1 for dirty towels -1 for dirty bedding -1 for dirty pillows -1 for rat/mouse poo on the floor -1 for for the roach in the shower -1 for the basically empty body wash -1 for the dirty carpets -1 for (what might be semen) on the tv -1 for the “breakfast” that consisted of only cereal with no milk. According to the calculations we end up with 1 star for the stay.

The bathrooms were not very clean. The towels were not clean at all. I ended up drying loft with a hand towel. The staff was super nice. Although there were bedbugs found in the room so I ended up having to put my belongings in a trash bag to seal them until I got home and could sanitize everything.
