The check in out staff were very kind and friendly. The rooms were not super clean. Tub had soap scum in it . Sheets had stains on them ( we slept ontop of covers) room smelled musty. Breakfast was terrible. 2 juice options 2 cereal options and a waffle mix maker. We will never stay here again.

We booked this room for the pool and the staff didn't tell us it was out of service. The breakfast was limited but ok. Grab and go items except the make your own waffle. There was no elevator to get upstairs. The beds were nice but the room wasn't very clean. Also we had no chair for the desk and there were a couple live bugs in the bathroom. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Overall, experience was just ok.

This is most definitely the dirtiest, sketchiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Hair and dead bugs everywhere. Stains in the toilet. The water comes out yellow. My socks are sticking to the floor. Not only has the room not been cleaned, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The only reason I'm not leaving is because of how long I’ve been awake. I’m about to go to bed in my clothes, over the sheets.

I paid for a hot tub and couldn’t use it. It looked as if someone had “male juices” inside the hot tub. It was not clean. The tub was also not clean. I had to ask front desk for cleaning supplies due to all the hair in the tub. But I wasn’t cleaning the hot tub. It was very disappointed
