We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home in Fornalutx. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean, and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the charming surroundings of the village. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing, while restaurants, cafés, and hiking trails were all within easy walking distance.We especially loved the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere, the well-maintained outdoor area, and the warm hospitality of the hosts. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt at home from the very first moment.Fornalutx itself is a beautiful village full of charm and an ideal base for exploring Mallorca. Great property awful access

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful quiet spot. But the drive to get to it was scary and not for the faint hearted. People need to know this and be very strongly advised to only hire a small car due to the hair pin bends and the steep angles of the roads leading to the property.

Absolutely great

This house is gorgeous. It is a small hut on a mountain where you can have your peace in a wonderful environment. Everything was clean and tidy. Our host Toni was the friendliest person and always just one message away, even if it was just smalltalk. Fornalutx is really beautiful and if you want to drive (or wander) a little bit, you can also get to the nice city of Soller or you just enjoy an evening on the beautiful terrace while grilling something... all in all one of the most beautiful places i ever visited.

Traumhafte casa

Die Casa liegt abseits und gleichzeitig zentral. Der Platz vor dem Haus ist sehr großzügig, bietet Schatten und Sonne, eine wunderbare Draußen-Dusche - man kann die Ruhe und Natur hier sehr genießen. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage zum Wandern in der Tramuntana sehr zentral. Für die Anfahrt auf der kleinen, steilen Straße empfehlen wir einen möglichst kleinen Wagen. Toni ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht, ansonsten lässt er seine Gäste in Ruhe.

Wunderschöne Finlka im Tramuntana Gebirge

Hoch am Berg gelegen fast am Ende aller Wege. Keine Neugierigen, egal ob vorbeifahrende Autos, Fußgänger oder Fahrradfahrer störten unsere Ruhe. Bequeme Sitzgruppen, egal ob drinnen oder draußen, im Schatten oder in der Sonne luden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders bemerkenswert die uralten Olivenbäume direkt im Umfeld, die super in die Gestaltung des Aussenbereichs integriert waren.

Finca über Fornalutx

Das Haus bietet absolute Ruhe und einen großartigen Blick in die Bergwelt. Es ist rustikal praktisch eingerichtet. Mit allem, was man brauchen kann. Feuerstellen, Grill, Sitz und Liegeflächen. Und drinnen ist es gemütlich, falls es mal regnet. Die Auf und Abfahrt erfordert etwas Mut und einen sicheren Fahrstil. Für ausgedehnte Wanderungen in die wunderschöne Landschaft und die charmanten Orte eine ideale Finca.

Urlaub für Ruhesuchende

Die Finca liegt oberhalb des bereits mehrfach zum schönsten Ort Spaniens ausgezeichneten Fornalutx. Die Finca bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Blick in das Tal von Fornalutx und Soller genießen. An kühleren Tagen kann man es sich im Haus mit einem tollen Ofen gemütlich machen. Holz stellt Toni ausreichend zur Verfügung. Es ist tags wie nachts äußerst ruhig. Hin und wieder hört man ein Schaf. Aber das aus vielen anderen Gegenden bekannte Hundekonzert gibt es hier nicht. Im Ort gibt es tolle Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt, der das anbietet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der Besitzer und Vermieter Toni ist sehr hilfsbereit. Er fragt regelmäßig, ob alles ok ist oder etwas benötigt wird. Nach dem kurzen Wintereinbruch und infolge umgestürzter Bäume konnten wir nicht mit dem Mietwagen zum Abflug fahren. Toni hat uns unaufgefordert zum Flughafen gefahren und wird sobald als möglich auch den Mietwagen zum Flughafen zurückfahren. Eine bessere Vermieterfamilie ist nicht vorstellbar. Wir bedanken uns bei Toni und Antonia nochmals für alles. Es war ein wunderbarer und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca. Die Finca ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, Ruhe und Erholung ist 100 Prozent gegeben, sehr gemütliches sauberes Haus mit sehr schönem Außenbereich zum Wohlfühlen, Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, sehr zu empfehlen, Zufahrt....es wurde besser mit der Zeit ,Gegenverkehr 🙈🙈 ,zum Glück sehr selten 🤣

Pura esencia mediterranea

Cualquiera que haya visto la maravillosa serie de tv rodada en Corfú "Los Durell", o la afamada película de "En un lugar de la Toscana," se sentirá en este alojamiento y en su entorno parte de esos increíbles paisajes. Las vistas a las montañas al amanecer y al valle de Fornalutx hacen de la situación un lugar mágico. Sinceramente, inolvidable. Gracias.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus oberhalb von Fornalutx

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön ist der Essplatz im Freien. Manchmal kommen Schafe zu Besuch, und jeden Tag schauen ein oder zwei Katzen vorbei. Wenn es Fragen gibt, hilft Toni sofort. Da die Zufahrtsstraße recht schmal ist, empfiehlt sich ein kleines Auto, am Besten mit Dieselmotor.

Tolle Lage, tolles Häuschen!

Trotz etwas abenteuerlicher Zufahrt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Häuschen wirklich sehr genossen. Sehr abgeschieden, super ausgestattet, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Und der Holzofen sorgt für die richtige Stimmung.

Besser geht kaum.

Ein Ort, dem Paradies ähnlich. Wunderbare Aussicht, ruhig, abseits vom Tourismus und doch nur etwa 2 km von Fornalutx entfernt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist etwas einfach, aber ausreichend. Warmwasser perfekt. Antonio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zum zweiten, aber nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Häuschen.

Außergewöhnlich

Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon eine Ahnung, wie schön es werden könnte. Die Realität war aber noch besser. Wunderschöne mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Finca in großartiger Lage über einem traumhaften Ort ( Fornalutx). Erwähnenswert sei noch die optimal ausgestattete Küche. Da macht sogar das Abwaschen Spaß. Toni ist super hilfsbereit und versorgt liebevoll mit Orangen.

Ein Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen

Wer zur Ruhe kommen möchte und die Natur liebt ist in diesem Haus in den Bergen richtig. Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal eine großartige Zeit im Haus. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem ist es sehr gut zu heizen im Winter. Der Holzofen mit Feuer zum zugucken ersetzt jedes Unterhaltungsprogramm. Toni ist supernett, sehr hilfsbereit und spricht besser englisch als jeder Arzt. Es gibt sehr viele tolle Wanderrouten auch in drei Wochen haben wir viel Abwechslung gehabt. Der kleine Supermarkt im Dorf ist viel besser sortiert als man denkt. Frisches Gemüse von Mallorca und ich habe das beste Rinderfilet meines Lebens dort gekauft. Also besser geht es nicht.

Toni hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und hat uns zur Finca gebracht. Die Anfahrt war schmal und teilweise steil hat sich aber dafür rentiert. Die Finca liegt ruhig und entspannend, trotzdem is man schnell wieder im Geschehen. Ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit liebevoll gestaltetem Garten. Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum, mit Liebe für's Detail eingerichtet und aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und teilweise auch Lebensmittel (Öl, Gewürze etc.) Für zwei Personen ideal, aber auch vier Personen finden wunderbar Platz. Die Finca ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.
