Welcome to this typical stone rural house in the Fornalutx area with capacity for 6 people.
In the private chlorine pool, measuring 7 m x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.35 m to 2.1 m, you can swim while enjoying views of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is surrounded by a garden where you can sunbathe on one of the loungers or listen to the birds singing. You can end the day with a nice barbecue or a glass of wine on the terrace. The property is not fenced and there are neighbors, but if you are looking for nature, fresh air, and tranquility, this house is undoubtedly for you.

The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully furnished living room with a fireplace and a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook as if you were at home. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes this floor. Going upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, all with two single beds, and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, radiators, and a wardrobe. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

The beautiful village is located in the middle of the mountains, in the west of the island, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you are looking for nature and outdoor sports, it is the perfect place, as many hiking and cycling routes start here. The route to Tossals Verds is especially beautiful, as it takes you through Mediterranean forests, old houses and narrow paths. Cúber, an artificial freshwater reservoir at the foot of Puig Major, is also a popular destination among hikers. The beaches of the Serra de Tramuntana are mostly rocky, with cool, crystal-clear waters that are ideal for diving. These include Cala Deià, Port de Valldemossa and Llucalcari. If you prefer sand, Port de Sóller and Cala Tuent are sandy beaches surrounded by mountains. In Sóller and Port de Sóller there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops; in short, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fornalutx has a small grocery store. Near Sóller is the Cova de Muleta, an archaeological site where the oldest human remains in Mallorca were found.

Très bien, position et propriétaire

Bonjour, Cette location est géré par une agence immobilière. Ils sont pros, process de collecte des fonds assez bien rodé, rassurant. Une fois arrivé sur place, personne pour nous guider mais j'ai réussi finalement à avoir une personne au téléphone... La propriétaire est aussi mécontente que nous, l'agence n'est jamais venu les voir, l'adresse GPS est fausse. Pour le reste, très belle piscine, beau jardin, bel emplacement pour visiter cette belle région.

Wonderful week in an idyllic place.

We had a fantastic week staying at Cas Patro Lau. Margarita was an excellent host and made us feel really welcome. The pool is amazing, surrounded by a lush garden and stunning mountain views. The house was full of Mallorcan character and immaculate. It was cool in the day and each bedroom had air conditioning. Biniaraix and Fornalutx are delightful villages. We were sad to leave and hope to return one day!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison au cœur de la Sierra Tramuntana, entourée d'orangers et de citronniers. Beaucoup de balades à pied à proximité de la maison. Maison très fonctionnelle avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Propriétaire très accueillante et sympatique. Les oranges de son jardin sont délicieuses!
