Arnaque ou erreur d’inattention ?

ArrivĂ©es Ă  Ibiza nous cherchons l’adresse de l’hotel sur le gps, introuvable... le point marquĂ© sur la carte de hĂŽtel.com indique un immeuble qui n’a rien Ă  voir avec notre location dans le quartier que nous avions effectivement choisi pour nos vacances au nord de l’üle. Il s’avĂšrera par la suite que l’hĂŽtel se situe sur une autre Ăźle qu’ibiza mĂȘme. Étrange puisque l’adresse initiale avait bien le code postal d’ibiza. Jeunes certes, mais pas stupides, nous n’aurions jamais rĂ©servĂ© un hĂŽtel sur une autre Ăźle. L’adresse erronĂ©e (arnaque ? Erreur d’inattention de la part de l’hotel ?), nous avons du redoubler de patience et de sang froid face Ă  cette situation problĂ©matique. Notre interlocuteur de l’hotel n’avait pas l’air d’ĂȘtre plus impactĂ© que cela par notre situation et nous proposait une chambre double pour 4 chez l’un de ses « amis ». Nous dĂ©cidons de creuser un peu (pendant 3h) avec le service client d’hotel.com. Qui nous proposera un hĂ©bergement beaucoup plus cher que le prix initial et Ă  payer en une seule fois. Étudiantes, nous n’avions pas les moyens ni les plafonds de carte de repayer en une seule fois une semaine de logement Ă  1600 euros. Heureusement nous sommes parvenues Ă  trouver une solution, et ce grĂące Ă  notre seule ingĂ©niositĂ©. Nous attendons beaucoup de la part d’hotel.com pour trouver une solution quant au remboursement de cette arnaque ou erreur d’inattention de la part d’un des services qui aura affectĂ© particuliĂšrement nos vacances.
