A perfect secret retreat on the “Green Island,” for your vacations and remote work! <br><br>THE AREA:<br><br>Nestled in a natural oasis and surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments is located about 900 meters from the bus stop; therefore, we recommend that our guests rent a scooter or car to explore the island of Ischia in the best possible way.<br><br>The property can arrange rentals through an external agency, delivering the vehicle directly on-site upon request. Private parking is free.<br><br>THE LOCATION:<br><br>Via Corbaro in the “Bocca” area is one of the most characteristic streets on the island of Ischia; surrounded by vast vineyards and ancient green tuff “parracine,” it still preserves its authentic Ischian and Mediterranean character. Abundant with traditional restaurants, it offers a breathtaking view and is the ideal place to enjoy the colors of Ischia’s sunset. The transfer must be booked at least 4 days prior to arrival.<br><br>The property is not available for parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
