I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was outdated and had a strong mildew odor. To make matters worse, there were ants in the room. The hotel’s solution was to spray a chemical treatment without any warning or notice. The smell was overwhelming, making it difficult to breathe and impossible to sleep comfortably. When I requested a different room due to the conditions, I was told to simply sleep with the window open. Considering the room was on the ground floor, I did not feel safe or comfortable doing so. I found this response inappropriate and unprofessional. I expected a much higher level of care and consideration for guest health, comfort, and safety.
