Waterway house is the perfect getaway for a multi family, wonderful friend getaway , golf trip or couple's vacation. The views are spectacular from any room in the home. The home also comes with an expansive pier and dock area with your own private boat ramp. Dock area also has a floating dock with easy storage for your watercraft. House is also equipped with kayak, fishing poles and outdoor ping pong table for your enjoyment. Home also comes with a Pynamite Misting Mosquito System to help with Insect control. The Mosquito system is Non-hazardous, odorless, non-fuming, non-staining, & biodegradable. Whether you like to fish, kayak or just relax, the waterway house has it all! The Space: The Waterway home has been completely remodeled Jan/2025. This home will host 16 guests comfortably. Rest easy with 2 Master bedrooms each featuring King beds with luxurious mattresses to ensure a good nightssleep. Each of the 4 bedrooms have there own private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds with dreamy mattresses. Bedroom 4 will sleep 8 people, 2 queen beds, and 4 twin bunk beds. This bedroom also has a private bath with a shower/tub combo and a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV’s. A full size washer and dryer add to convenience of your stay. Enjoy the panoramic waterway sitting in the Bedswing from the large screened in porch off back. A large fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances ensuring seamless cooking experience. The living area is spacious with expansive leather sectional with 65 inch large screen smart TV. Outdoor Bliss: As of May 2025, the Waterway House will boast a new pool with a large tanning ledge to enjoy all the sites of the waterway living. A well equipped outdoor kitchen area right at the pool area with a large flat screen TV will enhance all of the outdoor living experience. Also, outdoor ping pong, corn hole boards or kayaking are among the many activities you can enjoy! 1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. 2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors. 3. Check-in is 4:00 pm on and Check-out is 10:00 am. 4. No pets allowed. Violiation will result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges will be applied.

-For payments made directly to PKK Holdings, LLC Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo. -Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Amazing central location in the heart of Myrtle Beach and Surfside area. Home has with free parking on site and no HOA. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away. Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy privacy during their stay. Check-in and check-out is contactless with no paperwork or lines. We are available by message or phone if you need assistance during your stay! We do have outdoor cameras on property for security purposes only.
