Guests have full access to the entire home, except for two locked storage/linen closets. Enjoy the hot tub, grill, and all outdoor spaces at your leisure. The driveway fits one car, and there is additional parking on the side of the road. Please do not enter the crawl space area under the home. The home is in a quiet residential area, so please stay within the property lines and avoid entering neighboring yards.

Both the private bedroom and open loft feature plush queen beds with premium 100% cotton linens and luggage racks for a comfortable, restful stay. Downstairs, the queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space for one adult or two children, making the home ideal for couples, small families, or a weekend getaway with friends. The home also features a full bathroom stocked with plush 100% cotton towels, essential toiletries, and a conveniently located washer and dryer to help you settle in and feel at home.

The outdoor spaces at Fontana Hideout are designed to make the most of the mountain views. With decks on both sides of the home, you'll always find the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.

Start your morning at the bar-height table with two Adirondack stools, coffee in hand as the mountains come to life. After a day of hiking, boating, fishing, or exploring the Smokies, fire up the charcoal grill for dinner before slipping into the private hot tub, perfectly positioned to overlook the view.

Whether you're soaking under the stars or unwinding in one of the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine, the peaceful mountain setting invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy every moment.

☆☆ A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ☆☆

We hope Fontana Hideout feels like your home away from home. To help us keep it that way for every guest, we ask that you keep a few things in mind:

Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Dogs are welcome! Just be sure to include them on your reservation so the pet fee can be applied.
The home accommodates up to 5 registered guests.
Please enjoy the hot tub responsibly and follow the posted guidelines.
We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition you found it.

• Prior to your stay, we require you to sign and agree to our Rental Conditions.
• This home is in a dead zone for cell phones. Starlink internet is provided and will accommodate web messaging and wi-fi calling.
• Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $300 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. Smoking outside is permitted.
• Hot Tub: No glass. Max 6 people. No dogs allowed in hot tub. Guests are responsible for putting the cover back on the hot tub after use to prevent water temperature from dropping. Glass or excessive dirtiness of the hot tub will result in a $300 drain and refill fee.
• Primary booking guest must be 21+ years old.
• Pets/Dogs: We welcome up to 2 dogs. A $115 pet fee per pet, per stay (plus taxes) applies to cover additional cleaning and wear. Please include your dog(s) in your reservation details.
• Plan groceries and supplies ahead of time, as the nearest grocery stores are about 25-30 minutes away. Graham County was previously a dry county, so only wine & beer are available in stores around the area. There is a general store in Fontana Village for basic essentials.
• There are 2 outside security cameras. Front entrance and back yard.
