One of Folly's Best! This one-bedroom oceanfront condo is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. The cozy unit is tastefully decorated, boasting hardwood floors and a compact modern kitchen. No matter your pleasure this is a great location for relaxing on the front porch drinking your morning coffee or sitting back with a cool beverage while taking in the amazing view of the beach right outside your door. When night falls stargazing is a must! This condo is located at one of the only sections of the beach that provides a lifeguard during the summer season. If you enjoy fishing the pier is located less than a block away. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from the washer/dryer as soon as possible. Please note that there is not an elevator and the balcony is non-private. 2 Delightful allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. 1 reserved parking space is included with the rental. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We normally rent a house further down the beach when we visit Folly. The condo is in a much busier area and the people were loud even at 2am, which woke us up. Otherwise no complaints!

Great Location / Okay Condo

We’ve stayed in Folly Beach before. The location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach and within easy walking distance of everything in Folly Beach. The condo unit has 2 window A/C units, which is definitely not ideal. My phone and laptop couldn’t locate the WiFi and my wife’s phone kept disconnecting and had a very slow connection.
