This pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home invites you to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves from one of four spacious decks. With bright, sunlit interiors and a cozy, open layout, Simple Pleasures is perfect for family gatherings and creating cherished vacation memories. Bring along your pup to join the fun (maximum two dogs, $250 pet fee per pet; sorry, no cats), and don’t forget the leash as the yard is not fully fenced.

The first-floor living area is filled with natural light from large windows and sliders. This open-plan space connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a comfortable and inviting spot for gathering with family and friends. Relax on the deck that spans the length of the first floor, offering ample seating and an alfresco dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the deck or in the cozy dining area. The kitchen is open to the living room, making it ideal for entertaining.

Nice house in lovely location

Our family stayed in 2 houses at Folly Beach. This one is across the street from the beach but very close and in a lovely location. My adult daughters who stayed there said it was clean, comfortable and they slept like a rock! We were very happy with the experience and hope to stay again.

This was our first time to the area and enjoyed the house and area. More than enough room for a family of four with a small dog. My only item that would have made the trip better would to have access to a couple beach chairs and beach towels for people coming in from out of state. We would stay at this house again!

A big beautiful very private house with lots of privacy and private bathrooms. The only thing that could be improved is if there was a fence all the way around the yard but it was perfect how it was.

Comfortable and relaxing. Well stocked kitchen pots, pans, silverware and dishes, which was a plus as we did most of our meals at the house instead of dining out during the pandemic. Close to the beach and delightful to hear the surf from the porch!

The house had several old roof leaks, one being an active leak with water on the wall. Mold had developed near the leaks. We requested a move and were placed in Ocean Point Villas.

Folly Beach

It was more than we anticipated. The only suggestion i have is reflective tape for the step in the garage port. My sister had a spill heading to the beach to watch the sunrise and collect seashells.
