Boutique Vera Hotel Room 202: King Room in the Heart of Folly Beach

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the second floor.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 75 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 425 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.
The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a refrigerator and a microwave.

Not great having the rear of a gas station as your view but made up for it by having The Lowlife Bar just steps away.... That place is perfect

Adequate accommodations

Room was clean, nice bed. Refrigerator is a cooler type nice and large but no freezer. Would have been nice to have a toaster and few utensils for use. A few blocks with easy access to the beach, overall a great getaway for a couple.

Great place!!

We very much enjoyed our two day stay at this apartment. It is very well maintained and clean. The elevator was super handy. The location was really close to shops and restaurants. It was just a short walk to the beach. Although parking is at a separate location, it is super convenient. The outdoor washing station to remove sand was great. It had a bench, no more hopping on one leg to wash your toes. The room was perfect!! Communication with the host was great. They were very quick to respond to any questions.
