The second floor has a huge living area with open kitchen/dining area. The second floor also has a king master suite, Florida room off the kitchen, and an upstairs widows loft. House was great for a large group, loved the location across the street from the beach. Fun playground/park near by our grands enjoyed. Walk to everything in the heart of Folly Beach. Furniture comfortable. Host was very responsive and caring. Being a coffee lover would have liked some coffee for first morning given there are 2 coffee makers.

This is an awesome property! It is beautiful - large enough to accommodate family gatherings and so very comfortable! The beach is a stone's throw away and so gorgeous! The house is in walking distance of Center Street and all the restaurants & shopping anyone could want! Kate (our host) is super - very easy to contact and ensures that any needs are taken care of quickly. She definitely made me feel as though my family's visit was if the utmost importance to her. My whole crew feels as though we have found our vacation home/place!

A New Folly Adventure

As our family number has increased, we were looking for a larger venue for our annual vacation at Folly Beach. We were pleased with the location, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds and spacious gathering areas. Our granddaughter referred to the house as "our mansion" at the beach.

This beautiful and spacious home was even better than expected! The elevator allowed older family members the ability to access everywhere with ease and made packing and unpacking so much easier.
