This spacious 200 m² holiday home is located directly by the water and is designed for holidays where several generations can stay together while still enjoying privacy. The house consists of two connected units, creating a flexible and comfortable setting.



The property offers four bedrooms and a total of 12 sleeping places. One section spans two floors, with a kitchen-dining area on the ground floor and three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room upstairs. From here, there is access to a terrace with water views and beautiful sunsets.



The second unit is entirely on the ground floor and includes an open kitchen, a living area with space for a long dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. This layout is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, while still being part of the group.



With two kitchens and two living areas, the house is perfectly suited for shared meals, holidays and longer stays with multiple families under one roof.



The surrounding area offers particularly attractive holiday qualities. The house has direct access to the beach, and a short walk leads to the harbour with a supermarket, restaurants, playground and public transport. In summer, the area is lively yet still peaceful.



The harbour also offers ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø, and the new bathing jetty and sauna allow for year-round swimming, including winter bathing. The combination of water, harbour life and proximity makes this an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Note: Not for commercial rental.
