Nicely updated hotel with good amenities. Rooms clean and warm and well appointed. Overall a great stay. Very close to Leas Cliff Hall and a shortish walk to the Old High St and the Harbour Arm. We had a room with an excellent sea view. In room coffee and tea and complimentary water bottles. Excellent breakfast. Downsides: fire alarm went off in early hours of the morning, lift is tiny, had to wait for a while for someone to let us in at 2am as there was nobody on the front desk. Would stay again.
