Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was the worst experience ever. I had my entire family in Foley, Alabama, ready to check in, only at the last minute for this reservation to be canceled due to being overbooked. The last-minute arrangements on a holiday weekend were unbelievably painful. I want assurance that I will not be charged for this reservation and no penalty fees.
