Balcony on the 1st floor. Common ground. Ski Flumet / Espace Diamant at 1.6 km (free shuttle only in winter), Notre Dame de Bellecombe 4km, La Giettaz 10km. Body of water with supervised swimming and leisure center 500m away. Beautiful country house located at the entrance to the commercial town of a typical village, on the Grande Route des Alpes, 1.5 km from the slopes of Flumet. Very good comfort. Pleasant mountain character. Beautiful very bright living room with a balcony overlooking the village. Superb outdoor space in common, furnished and very well flowered (terrace and garden). Superb cottage located at the entrance of the shopping village and 1.5km from the slopes of Flumet / Espace Diamant area (free shuttle only in winter) and 11km from La Giettaz. Privileged location of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars: access to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis.
