Welcome to our modern, newly renovated retreat near Lake Lanier, Road Atlanta, and Château Élan! Enjoy a fenced backyard with a basketball hoop, cozy bonfire area, BBQ space, and peaceful woods—perfect for kids, pets, and relaxing outdoors. Inside, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, (+1 sleeping space, NO door). Smart TVs (including in bedrooms), a fully stocked kitchen, and an oversized living room TV for movie nights. Outdoor sensor lights and security cameras offer peace of mind.
Free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Located less than 2 miles from Hwy 985, just minutes from Lake Lanier, Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, and 12 minutes to the Mall of Georgia. Only 15 minutes to Château Élan and 17 minutes to Michelin Raceway. Local parks, shopping, and scenic mountain farms are also close by.
🐾 One small dog (up to 25 lbs) welcome.
👶 Children welcome—please note the property is near the road.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Quick and easy access to I-985 and I-85, restaurants, grocery, and shopping.Very comfortable and clean. This is a very nice property with adequate parking and privacy, as well as all the incidentals needed! Host was prompt to respond and made check in and the booking experience painless and positive!Only suggestion, anti-slip grip on shower/tub floor to prevent falls. Tub gets very slippery with conditioner ..Will definitely stay here again!!

It was a beautiful stay! However, the listing stated there was a jacuzzi and there was not one. That was disappointing. In addition, there were no instructions for the beverage station. I could not use the tea pot. Otherwise, the host, the property, the details, the comfort was amazing! I especially loved the fresh cut flowers.

Work Getaway

I was up for a week for work and had my wife and son come visit for a few days. The place was nice, cozy, and clean. There was a minor issue with the door code and the property manager was easy to communicate with and got everything worked out quickly. Overall a great stay.
