This elegant 5-room vacation rental spans 235 m2 across 2 levels, offering a well-appointed and tastefully furnished retreat for up to 8 guests. The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully between the ground floor and upper floor, ensuring both comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and shared meals, with direct access to the terrace. A double bedroom with its own exit to the terrace is also located on this level, alongside a bedroom with 2 beds and terrace access, and a further bedroom with 2 beds that also opens onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and direct terrace access, making it ideal for casual meals. This floor is served by 2 shower rooms, each fitted with a bidet and WC, as well as an 80-litre boiler.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts the fourth bedroom, a double room complete with its own private shower room fitted with a bidet and WC, and a direct exit to the terrace. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
