Perfect room, spacious, clean no odors...great balcony with partial ocean views. Bathroom has good counter space. Walls are well insulated. We loved it! Pools and bars are fantastic, staff are all very friendly. Views are incredible. We will be back.

NO. Our rooms was facing a parking lot and we DIDN'T have a rental car on our trip. And room smelled like a mold and nobody bothered to follow up on our request , or even try to do anything about it.
Our room was on the first floor facing parking lot. And room smelled like mold.

This resort has everything you could want in a vacation to Key West. It's on one of the only beaches on the island, and has a pool, restaurant and bar adjacent to it (in addition to 3 other pools). It is beside the famous Southernmost Point Buoy, which was recently relocated so they could rehab the original site. It's convenient to transportation, at the end of Duval St. We had a fabulous time and cannot wait to get back. We got the hook up by booking through Expedia, as they gave us a bottle of wine upon check in, $30.00 food credit and 2 free drink cards.

The place is wonderful! We upgraded to stay in Avalon, which was a great choice. The grounds are extensive and very convenient to everything. Totally recommend and would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious and well varied. We had never been to Key West before and this was absolutely the best stay ever. Will definitely be back!

The property was very pretty and bigger than I expected. The staff was nice and accommodating. They had fun activities every day. The room was a little smaller than I expected. Also I thought we would have a balcony but it was a shared terrace. Location was good but I would have preferred to stay more central on Duval Street.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The balcony room was nice with plenty of room. Although everything was walkable, we were several blocks from all of the main places on Duval street. We definitely got our steps in. Lunch at the cafe overlooking the water was great. The food was delicious.
