The room was clean and spacious. The resort was nice and quiet. We did not enjoy the food at the Grove, breakfast and it was cold and expensive. Larry, the attendant the front desk was fun and very personable! We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and ready to serve. However i was very disappointed in the room. It was spacious but very very dated. The bathroom was not clean, the shower has mildew, the towel rack was tore away from the wall and you could tell they were poorly fixed. The valet gave me a ticket which i used to get my vehicle and on the 2nd day they said they didnt have my keys or my car. I was terrified , he called somone was on the phone for 20 mins still no car at this point im afraid its been stolen. He didnt speak english well enough to explain anything to me i just had to wait. Meanwhile the police show up for some type of with another guest. Finally he said our ticket # didnt match but he found my car. Again hotel stafff were amazing just expected a little better facilities and the police threw me off the ret of my stay. I was worried about safety and didnt think i booked somewhere that would habe been an issue
