Absolutely filthy everywhere but the lobby. Once you hit that elevator…boom! Dirty everywhere. Pool had algae all along the interior ledge of the pool. Floors were sticky and never mopped the entire time over the 6 days we were there. Same spills etc…Staff was ok to your face but one wonders how anyone takes their job seriously when no one cares it’s dirty everywhere. We never ate at the hotel.

Was there for 3 days never cleaned the room. Ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more and they asked if i would take it to the room. Im not paid staff. Poor services for the price paid. Probably wont stay there again and wont recommend it to friends or family.

Hotel rep told us that if we wanted to extend our stay the next day that we absolutely could. The next day comes by and we tell them that we want to stay and they tell us that there’s no rooms available that they’re sold out so we had to find another place and then because we came back to them later in the day when we already told him we were gonna stay they charged us $300 late fee. First time with a Marriott hotel that I’ve ever had an issue like this and to tap it all off the rudeness at the front desk was honestly unbelievable. !!!! Very disappointed, mostly because of the late fee, they charged after telling us that we would be able to stay… Just complete bad customer service!!!

Had to ask reception on 3 separate days for our room to be serviced. Elevator nearest reception looks like it needs a thorough cleaning. No good way to hang towels to dry in order to try to conserve water and detergent. Perimeter breakfast room tables have pedestals that make foot placement problematic. Nice amenities at the pool. Very pleasant breakfast room wait staff.
