I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything felt brand new and well maintained. The amenities were top-notch — from the delicious food at the pool bar to the relaxing pool and convenient location near all the main attractions. Every part of my stay exceeded expectations. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was at night, which made it easy to rest and recharge. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back!

property needs rehab, chipped paint, scrapes on furniture, outside railings filthy. No in room phone, must text for requests which may not be answered. Not safe in an emergency and unsuitable for those w/o phones. Maid service had to be requested and paid extra for unless the stay was a week or longer then 1 for free. Unheard of! The staff was average with a few standouts, George in Tavern & Town being excellent. I would not stay there again nor recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachside Resort! The location couldn’t be better — right on the water with gorgeous views and easy access to everything in the Keys. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with that laid-back coastal vibe you hope for on vacation. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready with great local recommendations. The pool and beach area were both relaxing and well kept — perfect for lounging with a drink in hand. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant and the convenience of having bikes and water activities available right at the resort.

The property is nice. The pool area and waterside is wonderful. Probably the best thing is the shuttle service to downtown. My only complaints are the elevator wasn’t working and did not appear They were getting to it any time for the multiple days I was there. At $25 a night parking during the dead month of September was ridiculous for a property nowhere near downtown. I can understand charging a parking fee if you’re anywhere near downtown, but this hotel and the others near the entrance of Key West cannot justify any overnight parking fee let alone $25 a night
