Reka made our stay very pleasant. We appreciated her generosity and thoughtfulness. Our stay would have been better had the elevator been working due to physical limitations. Had I known the elevator was broken I would have stayed somewhere else. I did like the popcorn in the lobby. I was told it would be available between 3-5 pm. I went to lobby one day at 4 and there was no popcorn. That was a little disappointing, but my only complaint would be the non working elevator.

None of the elevators worked and we were on the second floor if we would’ve known, then what we know now we would not have reserved a room there we are both 65 years old, and our knees are not in the best condition nor are our hips, so to save the lease. It was very inconvenient.
