Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar area had a limited selection of beer and would have been nice to stay open a bit longer on a football playoff game night. shuttle service to old town was very convenient as was the beach shuttle service. The parking area around the hotel could use a little sprucing up which would be our only negative comment.

A safe in the room would be nice. Clean room, friendly staff, convenient to nearby places. I would definitely stay there again because of the convenience and location with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Rooms-were adequate, clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there was a defined gap around the front door which led to mosquitoes. The air vent had a large hole in it which could have let in more bugs. Breakfast-very disappointing, food was stale, ;ack of any fresh offerings and the fruit bowl was removed 10 minutes prior to closing and the supervisor refused to provide more fruit. Shuttle Bus-good service which we utilized for both. I liked the 11.20pm final service as it coincided with our night out. The first driver we had was miserable and did not provide any customer service whatsoever. The second driver was very friendly and professional (Bald latino wearing glasses). We were there on Sunday, Jan 4 through Tuesday, January 6th. Front Desk-very professional and smooth check-in process Bar-the lady was excellent and flexible in her approach especially as she was working alone during a busy evening. Overall-convenient in terms of proximity to Duval St. However, was not good value for the money paid.

Hotel isn’t a 5 star luxury hotel but for the price and location, it’s great. Double beds aren’t really enough room for 2 adults but we survived. Pool looked nice but it was too chilly outside to try. Staff was nice. Parking was easy. The fact that it’s away from the busy area is nice for sleeping, except when housekeeping has no respect for people sleeping and knocks on your door hours before you need to be out, just to see if you are there, even though you still have the do not disturb sign out. The shuttle was included in the resort fee and a great way to get back and forth.
