The front desk staff was nice, the room was for 4 people and the sofa bed wasn't made, or no extra pillows, blankets and sheets for us to do ourselves. When i called and asked if they were making the bed they said, "why? Can't you do it yourself?" The room was extremely dark, no lighting whatsoever, the blinds didn't block the light. The breakfast was good, the outside space was really nice.

Had a good stay but was not happy. Needs to be improved lot of things. Shower pressure was low and shower cubical is very small. Hot water didnt work properly.There were no trash bin inside the bathroom. There was a pull out sofa and didnt provide beddings when we arrived, had to wait more than hour to get it. There were no coffee cups provided with the coffee machine. So it was not comfortable to stay like that when we have to worry about things when we come on a trip.

The room was EXTREMELY dirty. My entire family had to wear shoes while in the room. Otherwise, our feet would be black from dirt. The pool was nice looking, but there wasn’t anyone ever in it. The hotel looked very aged with limited maintenance happening. The lamp in our room was broken. The only way to turn it off was to unplug it. The linens were stained and dirty. The pack-n-play for my son was all stained up. Breakfast had a few options. Overall, I was very unimpressed and wouldn’t consider staying at this property again.
