The facility was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast and the positive attitude of the staff. However, the room felt more like an old apartment with a fresh coat of paint not fancy at all for the price. The elevator was out during our stay, and since my knee started to hurt going up and down the stairs, my husband didn’t feel like going out much to explore Key West. -

The elevator didn’t work so going up and down the stairs was very inconvenient since we had a dog and my wife isn’t in the best health. Then we had to carry all the luggage up to the room and back down to the car very bad experience the two nights and one day we was on there property. I asked for help getting luggage down the stairs and they couldn’t offer any assistance. We will never stay on this property again nor will we recommend this property to anyone.

This is our 3rd time staying at this place.. we have stayed pre reno and post reno and the aftermath is beautiful. Would definitely recommend. The primary pool however was not functioning or open during our stay, so would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.. but other than that, 10/10.

Meh...

Trying to be a luxury resort but missing the mark. Main pool is closed for renovation, thats okay, its off season. 2nd pool is fine. But pool area is closed as is restaurant. I prepay breakfast, and the only option is to sit outside in the sun when ita 100 degrees at 8 am. 2nd day, reno has entire area blocked off. Im told i can walk 10 minutes to their sister hotel for breakfast. Reno screwed up the sound system, music at 6 am at full blast for 20 minutes. I paid extra for an ocean view... what they neglect to tell you is that with the ocean view you get the 4 lane main highway between your door and the view. The noise from traffic made the view worthless. Elevator was out for service half the time, so had to go around back... and even then the 2nd elevator wouldnt go to the 5th floor half the time....

A great hotel if you don't want breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. At check-in I was given a free bottle of champagne for my birthday. The shuttle service was an excellent bonus. I had only one complaint. No continental breakfast included in all the fees charged by the hotel.
