Nice beachfront hotel with an excellent breakfast. Beach access and pool were great. Nice area of town that felt safe. A little disappointed that I booked a room for 3 people but forgot to indicated 3 people would be coming - so they had to charge me more even though it slept 3.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with this hotel. The first room we got was very dirty. Bed sheets had make up on in, dark stains, the floor had stains with dirty on it, cups had lipstick on it. It was poorly maintained with broken cabinets. The only plus, was that after we complained about this issues, we were moved to a clean room.

Me hospedei por 1 noite em casal, em abril, e a experiência foi muito boa no geral. O hotel tem estrutura nova, limpa e completa. Destaque para a piscina aquecida (bem quente), sauna úmida excelente e piscina externa grande. A estrutura de praia com cadeiras e guarda-sóis montados pela equipe é um diferencial, além do atendimento de bar à beira-mar. O quarto atendeu muito bem: cama confortável (casal de verdade, não duas de solteiro juntas), bom isolamento acústico e um chuveiro excelente. O ar-condicionado funcionava bem, mas era um pouco barulhento e estava configurado em Fahrenheit. A TV não é smart, o que pode fazer falta para quem gosta de usar streaming. Localização boa, em frente a uma praia limpa, segura e com ondas, e perto de mercado. O atendimento foi excelente na chegada, especialmente da Jéssica. A alimentação também surpreendeu positivamente. O café da manhã é fenomenal, com muita variedade. Optei por meia pensão e a janta valeu muito a pena — comida muito boa e com várias opções. Pontos negativos: o estacionamento é bem caro (R$41 a diária), o que me fez optar por deixar o carro na rua, que pareceu segura. Outro ponto foi o check-out, que foi desorganizado. Mesmo sendo algo simples (sem consumo de frigobar), precisei aguardar cerca de 10 minutos só para devolver a chave, e o atendimento nesse momento foi confuso, sem uma orientação clara se já estava tudo finalizado. No geral, ótimo custo-benefício (ainda mais em promoção). Voltaria com certeza.

Lamentablemente nuestra última experiencia en el Hotel Slaviero Ingleses Convention fue muy decepcionante. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. En las dos ocasiones anteriores todo había sido correcto, por lo que volvimos con confianza, siendo además personas mayores que buscamos tranquilidad y seguridad durante nuestras vacaciones. Durante nuestra estadía en la habitación 2211 faltaron 90 dólares de una billetera que estaba dentro de una cartera en la habitación. Es decir, alguien tuvo que abrir la billetera y retirar el dinero. Lo más preocupante no fue solamente la pérdida del dinero, sino la respuesta del hotel. Básicamente indicaron que no podían asumir ninguna responsabilidad porque no había “evidencias” y sugirieron que el dinero debería haberse guardado en la caja de seguridad. Entendemos que el hotel quiera respaldar a su personal, pero como huéspedes esperábamos al menos una investigación más seria o una solución acorde a la situación, sobre todo considerando que somos clientes que ya nos habíamos hospedado anteriormente. Después de tres visitas al hotel, nos vamos con una enorme desilusión. Lamentablemente, la confianza que teníamos en el establecimiento se perdió completamente. Compartimos esta experiencia simplemente para que otros huéspedes estén informados.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Fica em frente à praia, possui uma piscina muito boa, equipamentos fitness, sauna e salão de jogos. Os funcionários sao bem atenciosos. O apartamento é bastante espaçoso, limpo e bem equipado.
