The breakfast and gym were excellent. The only thing I didn't find excellent was the supervisor or manager of the café (for example, she doesn't replenish all the items and takes away the cake when there's only a slice left, so people don't know that cake was available – for instance, I wanted a slice of lemon cake and she took that slice inside, not giving me a chance to serve myself), but there was a server who was better than her in their service, and this person must be the manager or supervisor.

Excelente hotel, quarto bem limpo, organizado, um pouco pequeno, mas bem funcional, tem shampoo e condicionador no banheiro, e a ducha e excelente, temperatura regulável e muito forte, cama confortável e a vista para a ponte do quarto que pegamos era bem bonita, eu colocaria como ponto negativo o barulho de carros na avenida que vai até de madrugada, mas o vidro da porta da varanda isola bem, da pra dormir tranquilo, no geral muito bom. Os itens do frigobar são meio caros, mas e padrão de hotel né, difícil fugir disso.

Mais de 400 reais em uma diária com um quarto velho e feio. Ar condicionado parecia uma betoneira. Chuveiro fraco, nem parecia ducha. Havia um evento no hotel e a cozinha, ao meio dia, demorou mais de 1 hora para entregar os pratos sendo que muitas pessoas desistiram e voltaram para o evento sem comer. Considerando a tradição da rede esse hotel parece falido.

Não vale o custo. Paguei mais de R$500 na diária e as instalações não oferecem nada demais. O banheiro não estava em boas condições, com parte do teto e das paredes mofadas. Uma das camas também não tinha o colchão bom e a acústica das paredes deixa a desejar. O ponto positivo é a localização, ótimo lugar para entrar e sair da ilha.
