Hola, si la habitacion estaba en buenas condiciones, y los servicios de piscina y cercania a la playa , fueron optimos. Tuve problemas el dia de la llegada, estuve 50 minutos tratanto de saber como entrar, ya que me deberian informar un codigo de acceso (segun los mensajes recibidos) y la puerta no tenia codigo , ni funcionaba la parte electronica. Luego de hablar con la persona , todo por mensaje de whatsapp, y no entender nada, tuve que enviar una foto , y ahi se dio cuenta que ese departamento No tenia codigo y era con llave manual, pero no sabia donde colocar para abrir. Finalmente descubri donde estaba el ahugero de la cerradura y pude entrar. La persona me indico que me enviaria alguien para asistirme , que nunca llego. En definitiva esa persona no sabia nada del acceso a ese departamento. Luego hablando con el encargado del edificio , hay dos departamentos con ese problema. Todo muy tecnologico , cero comunicación en persona, Se compenso con los buenos dias que pasamos. No creo que vuelva a tomar sus servicios. Saludos Ricardo
