Great place if you wanna enjoy Joaquina Beach on a sunny day. It’s quiet and literally a few steps from the best beach in Florianopolis. It’s also easy to get an Uber back to Lagoa da Conceição where there’s more options of dining, entertainment and nightlife.

The hotel room was dirty,small, the window was broken witch wasn’t safe at all. I refuse to sleep in those beds. I ask for another room the receptionist was rude also didn’t speak Portuguese he is from Argentina shouldn’t work at front desk. I finally ended up paying more for another room. the breakfast was horrible, everything was ready too expire, dirty dishes, employees was super rude. I did not recommend for anyone.

O cardápio do café era péssimo tinha 3 tipos de pão e 3 tipos de bolo e coberturas pra passar em pão e bolo ,nao tinha pão queijo ou queijo ou biscoito ou torta ou qlq quitute ,o quarto não tinha secador ,porta shampoo a cama de casal na verdade são duas de solteiro é dividida ao meio eu e meu marido na tentativa de dormir juntos ficamos com dor nas costas ,piscina interditada, check out as 11 da manhã todo hotel é 12:00 a internet do quarto é a rádio não funciona não conseguimos ver tv ou mexer no celular por wi-fi pq literalmente não tem internet no quarto roupa de cama não é trocada! Péssimo e principalmente por 330,00 a diária numa baixa temporada eu teria escolhido hotéis bem melhores a esse valor !

O hotel possui estacionamento gratuito e está quase em frente a praia da Joaquina, o que é um baita ponto positivo. O quarto que fiquei no geral era bom, tinha smart tv, cama boa e travesseiros razoáveis. A piscina é modesta, mas quebra um galho. O café da manhã é razoável. O problema mesmo é a equipe do café da manhã que começa a retirar os alimentos antes mesmo das 10h, faz cara feia se você chegar pra comer perto das 10h, e começa a “bater tudo” dentro da cozinha. Pior do que essa equipe é a funcionária que mesmo sem avisar que diferentemente da imensa maioria dos hotéis que o check out é até meio-dia, esse hotel é até 11h. E pior, começa a interfonar sem parar no quarto e a reclamar de forma ríspida sobre vocês não ter saído do quarto até 11h. Tudo bem que regras devem ser seguidas, mas também devem ser avisadas de forma clara, principalmente quando são diferentes do padrão de outros hotéis.
