The staff was great and very polite. Also, the breakfast was great, everything was clean, and the area was easy to park. It could have better Wi-Fi services inside the bedroom.

Room was clean but beds were not as comfy as I would have liked. There was no view of the ocean breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff on the other hand were all FANTASTIC. I would rent again due to staff friendliness and proximity to the beach

Great place if you wanna enjoy Joaquina Beach on a sunny day. It’s quiet and literally a few steps from the best beach in Florianopolis. It’s also easy to get an Uber back to Lagoa da Conceição where there’s more options of dining, entertainment and nightlife.

Hotel bem localizado, porém muito mal conservado, pé da cama quebrado, levaram 2 dias da hospedagem para arrumar, esquadria de alumínio da varanda soltando do vidro, perigoso acontecer um acidente. Por ser tão bem localizado e pelo preço razoável poderia ser melhor.

A localização é excelente, porém até às 4h da madrugada não conseguimos dormir. O barulho de pessoas falando alto e portas batendo foi muito desagradável. O chuveiro é muito ruim. A cama é barulhenta, cada vez que um se mexe no colchão o outro acorda. As portas estão muito velhas todas lascando embaixo. O cheiro de m*c*nh* pelo elevador e corredores é muito forte. Ouvimos barulho de uma goteira de ar condicionado do andar de cima a noite toda. Cobertores bem velhos.
