Very bad experience in Florianópolis

The worst hotel since I started using this app. I paid for an OCEAN VIEW SUITE 1.100,00 and they tried to give me a family room looking to a wall - WITHOUT OCEAN VIEW- THE PRICE IN THE HOTEL DOR THE BEST SUIT WAS 840,00. I had to wait one hour for the manager Alexandra to solve the problem. Two front desk women that was not friendly and not polite at all. The hotel is old and the balcony was very dirty. The bathroom had a shower door just by the toilet and didn’t open. The space was impossible to a thin person to get in.and out. The worst hotel ever.

Hotel velho, quarto cheirando a mofo. Cobertores velhos. Não tem nenhum atrativo. Café da manhã simples. Fomos passar nosso aniversário de casamento de 10 anos, reservamos 04 noites, mas acabamos ficando só 03 de tão ruim que era. Tínhamos levado vinho para tomarmos a noite e durante a limpeza levaram nossa garrafa de vinho, tivemos que ir atrás e falaram que foi por engano, acharam que estava vazia. Atendimento ruim, pedimos para antecipar nosso check out, mas o hotel não autorizou. Além da diária, cobram estacionamento também. Não recomendo! Muito caro pra o que oferece.

O hotel é bom e bem localizado, o assesso a praia é ótima, a pessoa que faz o atendimento e coloca as cadeiras e guarda sol na praia para os hóspedes atende muito bem, tenho um pet de pequeno porte e fiquei indignado com o valor que eles cobram da diária do pet que é de Rr$ 100,00, achei um absurdo ai questionei e eles baixaram para Rr$ 60,00, mesmo assim é muito caro já que além da hospedagem nada é oferecido para o bichinho e também que sempre me hospedo em outros hotéis e o mais caro que já paguei foi Rr$ 35,00, acho que isso deveria ser revisto já que eles são considerados como nossos filhos, vamos ser mais conscientes essa é a minha opinião.

Really terrible stay. Bed was really uncomfortable and very hard as a brick. My back is still hurting from my stay. Everywhere smelled moldly. Alguns detalhes importantes devem ser levados em conta. O hotel oferta quarto com cama de casal mais cama de solteiro, no entanto, ofereceu 2 camas de solteiro, com um monitor pequeno no lugar da televisão. É um hotel antigo, instalações antigas, atendentes são frios e distantes (ainda que solícitos). Pedi café no quarto um dia, a suco veio azedo e o pão de queijo murcho! A praia dos ingleses é uma praia não turística, tem em sua maior parte moradores e trabalhadores que vivem na região. Pode valer ou não o custo beneficio, talvez com um pouco mais de simpatia a estadia se revelasse mais bela! Estacionamento pago.
