A localização é boa, possui estacionamento incluso no valor da diária e o café da manhã é bom. Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, tinha cabelo no chão do quarto quando chegamos, o frigobar está caindo aos pedaços, o banheiro tinha um cheio de esgoto muito forte.

Hotel tem um ótimo café da manhã e a equipe do café sempre muito atenciosa. Fiquei hospedado no apartamento com varanda. Ar condicionado atendeu bem nos dias que eu fiquei por lá. Pessoal da limpeza tbm sempre prestativos. O banheiro TD ok, a ducha é maravilhosa. Frigobar gelando muito bem. O hotel fica muito próx de tudo, logo de frente tem um supermercado muito bom. Ao lado tem uma lotérica, farmácias , restaurante , lanchonete e vários comércios. Estacionamento fica a meia quadra do hotel com câmeras, não tem cobertura, mas tem algumas partes com sombra, aí vai dá sorte. ( uma dica , poderiam marcar as vagas pra assim não ter problema na organização na hora de estacionar ) Fica a umas 3 quadras da praia de Canasvieiras. Nessa viagem fomos eu e minha esposa em um AP e minha mãe e avó em outro ao lado e elas adoraram a viagem.

Mais ou menos complicado

Foi meio complicado, pois o chuveiro do quarto não esqntava. Tivemos que ir em outro quarto para tomar banho na primeira noite. No segundo dia arrumaram o chuveiro e no meio do banho a água esfriou, falaram que caiu o disjuntor, arrumaram caiu novamente, o secador TB não funcionou prq caiu o disjuntor, disseram q no outro dia iam trocar o fusível Não ficamos pra ver se foi trocado. A tv os canais que sugeriram filme não pegou, desistimos do filme. E foi isso. O café ok e a cordialidade dos colaboradores ok. Infelizmente ficou devendo.

Ótimo final de semana

Ótima localização, maioria dos serviços como supermercado, cafés, bares é próximo do hotel e a ida até a praia é rápida (entorno de 5min). Durante toda a estadia, tudo estava em boas condições, limpeza do quarto ok, café da manhã ok, funcionários atenciosos. Apenas um ponto de atenção é que o estacionamento fica uma quadra atrás do hotel, mas nada que afete a estadia num geral, até por que em 5min a pé, você já chega até o estacionamento (acredito que essa informação poderia já ter sido mencionada).

Pontos positivos: Recepção - Agradável e com checkin e checkout rápidos. Café da manhã - delicioso. Localização - Maravilhosa, perto de tudo: centrinho, praia, bares, restaurantes, mercados, locadoras de carro... Pontos negativos: Quarto - Quando entrei no quarto ele não estava com cheiro bom, a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro imendadas, travesseiros desconfortáveis e roupa de cama manchada. Banheiro - Box soltando, cheiro ruim e com aspecto de largado. Elevador - a maioria do tempo em manutenção, foi necessário eu subir e descer de escadas diversas vezes. Estacionamento -descoberto em outra rua, necessário a pessoa sair do carro para abrir o portão para entrar.

Excellent manager took care of any problems we had - he gets an A Maid service something to be desired, many days she would take our dirty towels and not give us new ones, she had problems on how to make a bed properly too, had to redo what she did- untrained. A limpeza ótimo, dois atendentes muito educados e uma mal humorada.o check-in atrasou muito, chegamos de viagem cansados e os quartos não estavam prontos, os travesseiros horríveis.Senti falta do frigobar não ter água, estava vazio, mas tem um supermercado bem na frente, o ar condicionado não funcionou direito, não refrescada o quarto, passei muito calor. O hotel fica próximo a praia, fomos a pé, o centro bem movimentado com várias lojas abertas até a noite.Cafe da manhã estava excelente.Custo benefício.Apesar de uns imprevisto, eu recomendo.Na praia barzinhos com cadeiras e guarda sol, praia bonita.O que não fiquei satisfeita foi com a demora do check-in, ar condicionado e travesseiros. Mas é um hotel bom.

Minha estadia foi incrível! Os atendimento dos funcionários é fantástico, café da manhã ótimo com muitas opções, quarto aconchegante e piscina deliciosa. O hotel é muito limpo e todos os dias a camareira ia limpar o quarto. Localização perfeita, muito próximo a praia, mercados, restaurantes de todos os tipos, lanchonetes, cafeterias e farmácias. Na região também há escola de formação da PM e PRF, você vê mais policiais do que civis nas ruas, o que faz você se sentir muito mais seguro. A praia de canasvieiras é muito limpa, uma delícia!
