Café da manhã e jantar ótimos. Funcionários educados e solicitos. Quarto confortável porém toalhas de rosto estavam velhas e sujas. Também tivemos que pedir 2x por mais travesseiros e demorou 30min para nos atender após a segunda tentativa. Chuveiro bom porém pequeno. Lagoa entre a praia e o hotel é um diferencial, principalmente pela disponibilidade do barquinho elétrico na travessia e opções de atividades (standuo/kayak), tornando a experiência mais interessante. Quick massage inclusa tbm é um diferencial. No geral gostamos da nossa estadia no hotel.

Quarto com sacada e vistavpara o mar. Cama confortável. Berço para a bebê disponibilizado. Ótimo para famílias. O barco para cruzar a laguna funciona bem. A nossa estadia foi razoável. Já estivemos no ano passado e achei que pioraram na parte da alimentação . O jantar que estava marcado às 19 nunca estava pronto às 19’hrs . As opções de proteína foram bem fracas .Os garcons estavam mais preocupados em conversar do que prestar atenção nos clientes para poder fazer pedido . Teve um dia de café da manhã que foi caótico , além de não ter lugar para sentar estavam faltando vários itens e demoraram para reposição. O quarto era bem razoável, mas dentro do esperado, e o banheiro foi bem mal projetado pq o vaso fica em frente da pia de forma muito próxima . A limpeza de quarto foi bem demorada , tanto que deu o horário de fazerem a limpeza e nada . Tive q pedir na recepção . E por último no dia da saída , elevador quebrado, apenas restando as escadas pra descer com as malas pesadas . Em Dia de chuva acaba não tendo muito o que ser feito, pois a piscina coberta é bem pequena. A praia em si é muito boa e o hotel disponibiliza cadeira e guarda sol, mas cada em q leve a sua cadeira.
