Férias no Costão do Pantano do Sul em Janeiro de 2017
Bom Dia Pantano do Sul!
É a terceira vez consecutiva que nossa família se transfere de Brasilia para Floripa e, em Floripa veraneamos no Pantano do Sul, balneário tranquílo para quem quer paz e bom convívio com a natureza. Ficamos sempre na mesma casa, por esta atender nossas necessidades. Situada no Costão, possui tudo de bom para quem tem filhos jovens, pois, podemos ve-los bricando na praia de qualquer ambiente da casa. Esta tem os utencílios domésticos para continuidade das atividades de uma família de porte médio. Sempre temos um ótima recepção do Senhorio e dos Vizinhos nativos. Já nos entrosamos com a Comunidade de Pescadores e sempre participamos das Festas da Comunidade. Meus meninos que fazem linguas adoram, pois, podem treinarem com muitos Turistas que elegeram aquele local para suas ferias e lazer. Voltando a residência, é exatamente como mostra nas postagem. Até breve Floripa e Pantano do Sul!

A casa em perfeitas condições, muito confortável.
Proprietário atencioso e receptivo. A casa muito boa, com uma vista incrível. A praia do Pantano do Sul de uma beleza não descritiva, bem como os moradores próximos. A localização da casa e a praia do Pantano do Sul fica próximo de diversas outras praias muito bem frequentadas e para quem gosta de natureza, vale a pena conhece las.
Novas oportunidades, quero ficar no mesmo lugar. Parabens!

Muito Satisfeito, Ótima vista para o mar...
Fiquei muito satisfeito com o imóvel, ele possui tudo que precisamos durante a estadia, o Sr. Ivanir que nos recebeu foi bastante atencioso, e uma Ótima vista para o mar, enfim, voltaria sim a hospedar nesse imóvel, nas minhas próximas ferias em Florianópolis entraremos em contato, Recomendo

LINDO DEMAIS!
Pontos positivos: Fomos bem atendidos pelo proprietário. A casa é ótima, estava bem limpa e organizada, tem todos os equipamentos necessários para uso do dia-a-dia. A vizinhança é muito simpática. O Pântano do Sul é um paraíso! Não sentimos falta de passear no norte da ilha. O visual da varanda é demais, é um espetáculo!
Pontos negativos: 1 semana foi muito curta para aproveitar este paraíso.

Foi um dos melhores veraneios
A descrição do anúncio foi precisa em relação a esse imóvel; Imóvel limpo e, ainda fomos recebidos por uma pessoa responsável pela limpeza e manutenção; Não só o proprietário prestou bom serviço, como seus familiares e amigos; Já recomendei a amigos/familiares; Tudo que aquele lugar propiciou foi muito bom, para uma família como a nossa que gosta de tranqüilidade, fizemos caminhadas, trilhas, opções de igrejas, cultos, assistimos palestras e encontro com amigos e familiares, mas o melhor foi a convivência com os nativos pescadores, com suas estórias, seus credos, sua cultura típica, com uma praia tranquila e mar sempre calmo para as crianças, nos sentimos cooptados pelo ambiente, foi ótimo, pena é residirmos tão distante do portal do paraíso "Pântano do Sul"
