Fabulous hotel with unbelievable staff that go above and beyond in every respect! There is a great pool and a lakefront with amenities including SUP, and kayaks. The included continental breakfast is fabulous, as are the lunches and dinners. The sauna is a must. This is the perfect base for exploring the Mayan ruins and Flores Island.

The hotel is well designed. Rooms are cute and clean. Staff is amazing! Very relaxing environment right on lake Peten. You are definitely out there. So plan on having most of your meals at the resort. They did arrange for us to go to Tikal and Flores. Our guide to Tikal was amazing. I highly recommend this spot! Would absolutely go back.

Our stay was beyond great! It was amazingly beautiful, fun, and peaceful!!! The staff is the nicest, most accommodating, and friendly!! The food is fresh and SO DELICIOUS!! Beautiful hotel on the shore of a beautiful lake. Facilities are excellent, comfortable, even too perfect. Staff is super friendly and will help all your needs. My daughters (8 and 10) ranked it in their top 3 hotels they have visited because they had so much fun, especially in the lake and pool. Very recommended.

What an amazing place. From the location to the staff to the natural environment and facilities, La Lancha is top notch. We had a large group (four families each with children) and La Lancha staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating for our group. We look forward to staying there again soon!
