Amazing hotel in the middle of the jungle. Makes it super easy to explore the park. The place was immaculate and the staff so friendly and helpful. However, there is no Internet or TVs in the room, but is available in common areas. Our bed was unfortunately super firm.

Great location if you are visiting Tikal. The only downside is that most of the rooms do not have AC and the mosquito netting blocks the breeze from the ceiling fan. Because there is no AC, you get the pleasure of hearing the sounds of the jungle all night long and the howler monkeys are very active. Light sleepers may want to bring along some ear plugs.

We were pleasantly surprised about our stay here at the Jungle Lodge. You can’t beat the location, walking distance to the ruins. The staff and service were over the top, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. We did the sunrise private excursion which gets you up at 3:30am but what an experience, one of the best in our lifetime. Rooms are spacious and very clean and we will have to make a trip back to do the sunset excursion. Recommendation, do the sunrise excursion, you beat the crowds and basically have the site to yourself.

Exceeded our expectations by a lot. Very peaceful spot in the middle of a lot of action with as good of access as you can get to get into the park. Room was very nice. Pool was refreshing. If you plan on getting to the park early this place is the best option! Food was just decent but not great and a little overpriced for what it was.

Incredible location for exploring Tikal, if you want to walk around by yourself and not be stuck with the times of a tour from Flores or stuck with a tour group this is your place. We had the park almost to ourselves doing it this way! Hotel is nice just don’t expect anything from the food, it is poor quality and they burnt my plantain then next day it was undercooked. Still worth it for Tikal though
