We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival so smooth and stress-free. The food was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every meal was something we looked forward to. The view was simply amazing and made our stay even more special. Waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable. Gorgeous, stunning property. Isolated however easily accessible via boat to the main land. There are a lot of amenities such as kayaking, paddle boating, hiking and a spa. It’s an amazing getaway, removed from all the excitement and noisiness on the mainland of Flores. The staff is amazing - so attentive and they made themselves easily accessible to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. They organized my trip to Tikal with transportation, a guide and food. They also organized a breakfast box for me for 2 days in a row due to having to leave early and miss the sit down breakfast. The restaurant had some tasty options for dinner. Overall a great hotel that I would definitely recommend and would visit again
