Spacious, well-equipped and full of character, this lovely farmhouse in Chassepierre offers 4 bedrooms and can house a family or group of 9. There is a private terrace and courtyard, which will ensure you have some time of tranquillity to yourself.

If making pleasant memories is what you want to do, then the nearest lake is 1 km away. The supermarkets are also 4 km away from this farmhouse if you want to buy daily stuff. The town centre lies 5 km ahead.

Outside there is a terrace and a courtyard so that you can enjoy the sun until late, thereafter you can move indoors where the wood stove in the living room will take charge to keep you warm. Barbecue is also available here to cook grilled meals. The centrally heated property keeps you warm and cosy.

Geräumiges Haus und aufmerksam „Concierge“. Wir können jedoch einen Mangel an Land bedauern (nur eine sehr kleine Kiesterrasse vor , das kaum mehr als 4 Personen enthalten kann). Platz gibt Auskunft darüber , was an den Besitzer des Lokals falsch ist (und offenbar mehrfach), so scheint es , dass Probleme regelmäßig: - Fenster in einem der Zimmer der Kinder , die nicht schließt (verschleiert) - eine undichte Dusche - Extractor der Toiletten im Erdgeschoss sehr laut für diejenigen , die gerade oben schlafen - flush der Toiletten im Erdgeschoss , die Schwierigkeiten sogar ein Minimum von Papier mit einem UP hat bei der Evakuierung - Beleuchtung der Mini - Terrasse vor nicht existent (Verbindung zum Freien) trotz dieser wenigen Unannehmlichkeiten wir hatten Angenehmer Aufenthalt bei noch so schlechtem Wetter.Zum Glück bietet das Dorf und seine Umgebung schöne Spaziergänge und schöne Entdeckungen.Vielen Dank an Frau Borsu für ihre Verfügbarkeit.

Bei der Beschreibung von "Terrasse, Innenhof, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel, Grill" hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Um es klar auszudrücken: Es gibt keinen Innenhof und keinen Innenhof. Es gibt vier Gartenstühle aus Kunststoff und einen Gartentisch von 2 mal 2 für ein Haus mit 9 Personen. Der Grill ist ein rostiger Schuppen, in dem sich noch die Asche des Vormieters befindet. Es gibt keinen Garten, nur einen Vorgarten auf der Straße (siehe Plastiktisch mit vier Stühlen für 9 Personen). Sie können immer noch den Vogelkot von den "Gartenmöbeln" waschen, und im Schlafzimmer sahen wir die Staubnetze um die Lampen herumwirbeln, sobald Sie den Lichtschalter betätigen. Die Reinigung von 50 Euro ist ebenfalls enthalten. Alles in allem: schönes Haus für einen Mann oder 5,6, aber sicher nicht für 9. Der Preis ist übertrieben, weil das Gebäude nicht der Beschreibung entspricht und es sicherlich keine übermäßige Reinigung gibt. Das Desinfektionsmittel wurde so reichlich gesprüht, dass das Haus in den ersten 24 Stunden nach einem frisch polierten Operationssaal riecht

Sehr gut erhalten (und winkte) in diesem charmanten Haus in charmanten Chassepierre. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Trotz des warmen Wetters blieb das Haus schön und frisch und innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen schönen Picknickplatz an der Semois, wo die Kinder im Wasser spielen können.
