We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.

Katia was an absolute gem! She took care of us very well, very well. The room was perfectly located in the center of historic Florence with the Accademia within 5 minutes walk and the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. within 10 minutes walk. Numerous shops & restaurants nearby, as well. The shared bathroom was small but adequate. It was Katia that made all the difference. She is so kind and attentive to her guests.

I rented this as an entire house as it’s advertised in Expedia. It’s not it’s a room and a shared bathroom. Plus they have a huge German Shepard dog that looks menacing. I had to rent a hotel because I could not stay there. I need my money back! !!
