Welcome to our Florence Beach House getaway! Whether you want a quiet relaxing time at the beautiful Central Oregon Coast or, are into Sand Dune Recreation, this is a very spacious, clean single-level home in great condition! Located very close to Heceta Beach on a spacious and quiet wind-protected sandy lot. You can hear the beach!

Important Information: There are two (2) outdoor motion security lights/cameras. One is located by the main door entering into the kitchen area covering the keybox, BBQ, and end of driveway. The second is located at the NW corner of the house covering the driveway entrance. This is to monitor the property during vacancy and nightime guest & vehicle security.
