Nice little hotel, with easy access and close enough to main attractions. Room was very beautifully set up, good space with nice bathroom. Only downside was the breakfast wasn’t very good and the iron was broken. But overall would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay:) great, central location close to most of the main tourist sites but also walkable to main train station. Staff was friendly and very accommodating— appreciated the personal touch of daily breakfast made to order (from their menu selection). Would recommend to others!

Amazing stay to kick off our honeymoon! We loved the breakfast and how easy it was to access the location. The city centre is around a 10-15-minute walk away and easy to get to everything from here. Beds & pillows SO comfy and blanket was cozy too. We will stay here again next time we are in florence

The breakfast was simple and tasteful it was prepared every day to our liking! Rooms were clean, the place is very well designed in the heart of Florence and a bit farther than the hustle and bustle of tourists. A short walk of 10-15 min from every major attraction. The area is calm and full of nice restaurants! The owner has great communication and always ready to help!

We loved our time at The Wheels, and would highly recommend anyone visiting Florence to stay here. The entire space is beautifully designed and the location is perfect. It’s close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, but just far enough away that it is quiet at night. Francesco was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond with great recommendations for both Florence and our upcoming travels. The breakfast was wonderful and the perfect way to start each day!

Room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Location was also very convenient. Host was very helpful and provided very good suggestions about the area. Only negatives were there was no daily room cleaning or fresh towels provided. The rooms and entire facility is a bit noisy (everything is a hard surface that does not absorb sound). Could easily hear anytime another door outside our room opened/closed and also hear others talking.

Amazing accommodations! The space is small but beautifully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot which was much appreciated following long days exploring Florence. They also provide a lovely complimentary coffee bar with little snacks and a charming sitting area for guests to relax and enjoy. A nice breakfast selection is available as well for those interested. This B&B is truly charming and perfectly located near the city center of one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I had to change rooms twice first because the room was too small, and then because the second room was very noisy till 3am I was also asked to pay extra charges in cash for Changing the rooms. Housekeeping was not provided daily, communication was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially during a phone call regarding a guest visiting me. Overall, I would not stay here again.
